Main Dev provides technical guidance for CTI related issues (help draft email, troubleshoot, etc) to empower clients working with telephony partners.

Main Dev won’t own tickets for external systems, but will track them internally to provide the best support for our clients.

Main Dev utilizes Zapier as it’s primary ETL tool. If there is no pre-built app or existing webhook that Zapier can utilize, Main Dev will research and provide a recommendation.

Integrations using an ETL tool (such as a TalenD or Jitterbit) other than Zapier is discrete and to be treated as an individual project. All projects are scoped and quoted independently from a clients subscription plan.”

For Applications on the App Exchange, Main Dev will provide technical guidance and perform the integration as a part of the client’s support plan. The supported applications are as follows: File Storage and High Velocity Sales.

If an application or external system is not listed as a supported application or part of the Leftmain Application listing, this becomes discrete and will need to be scoped out in project format.
